New Delhi, April 10: A significant initiative has been launched to enhance the convenience and services for metro passengers. From April 13, 2026, to May 10, 2026, the 13th edition of the customer satisfaction survey will be conducted. This survey is organized by the Transport Strategic Centre based in London, which operates the COMET benchmarking group.
The primary aim of this survey is to gather insights on various aspects of metro services from passengers. It will also collect suggestions and feedback to improve service quality. Officials believe that passenger opinions can make metro services more effective and convenient.
Interested passengers can submit their responses through the link provided on the official website of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. The survey is available in both Hindi and English, ensuring that a wider audience can participate easily.
Participants can express their views on several critical topics related to metro services. These include metro availability, access to stations, ease of use, information provided before and during travel, punctuality, customer service, comfort during travel, crowd conditions, security measures, and overall satisfaction.
It has been reported that several metro organizations from around the world will also participate in this survey. The goal is to understand how passengers in different countries perceive their metro services. The results will aid in adopting better practices, ultimately providing enhanced facilities for passengers.
Officials have urged passengers to participate in the survey in large numbers and share their honest opinions. They emphasize that this feedback will help tailor metro services to meet the needs of passengers more effectively.
