
New Delhi, March 24: Greater Noida is witnessing a significant boost in industrial development. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has handed over land allocation letters to three major companies, enhancing industrial activities in the region and creating numerous job opportunities.
The companies receiving allocations include Escorts Kubota Limited, CNH Industrial India Private Limited, and Sun Organic Industries Private Limited. This initiative is based on recommendations from Invest UP, aimed at attracting investment and accelerating industrial growth in the state.
The largest allocation was made to Escorts Kubota Limited in Sector 10, where 154 acres of land have been granted. The company plans to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit for tractors and construction equipment, with an investment of approximately ₹2029 crores, expected to generate around 4,000 jobs.
In Sector 8D, CNH Industrial India Private Limited has been allocated 100 acres for a tractor manufacturing unit, with a proposed investment of ₹1219.81 crores, potentially creating about 1,200 jobs.
Additionally, Sun Organic Industries Private Limited has received 30,000 square meters of land in Sector 8D for a dry fruit processing and packaging unit, with an investment of around ₹225.16 crores, which is expected to provide jobs for approximately 569 individuals.
These three projects will not only strengthen the industrial base in the Yamuna Authority area but also generate new local employment opportunities. Furthermore, they will stimulate economic activities in Greater Noida and surrounding regions, steering the state’s industrial development in a new direction.
