
Bhopal, March 7: In a bid to showcase Madhya Pradesh’s historical and tourist attractions, the state government has launched the ‘Queens on Wheels’ campaign. In its third phase, 25 women bikers have set off on a journey covering 1,400 kilometers, flagged off by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav.
Madhya Pradesh is recognized as a prominent tourist destination, attracting visitors from across the nation and the world. The ‘Queens on Wheels’ initiative aims to promote the state’s rich cultural heritage and tourism. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav flagged off the 25 women superbikers from his residence, emphasizing the campaign’s goal of promoting the state’s historical sites.
Yadav stated that ‘Queens on Wheels 3.0’ is not just a bike rally but a unique initiative for women’s empowerment, courage, and promoting Madhya Pradesh’s identity globally. Welcoming the women bikers from various parts of the country, he remarked that Madhya Pradesh is not only a beautiful place but also vigilant about women’s safety.
He noted that this journey will not only enhance tourism in the state but also send a strong message about women’s safety, presenting a positive image of a changing society. The journey will last for seven days, concluding on March 13 in Bhopal.
The bikers will travel through significant locations such as Sanchi, Udaygiri, Chanderi, Shivpuri, Kuno, Gwalior, Orchha, and Khajuraho before returning to Bhopal. The participating women bikers are filled with enthusiasm and are fully prepared for the adventure ahead.
