Mumbai, May 29: Pankaj Bhadauria, the winner of ‘MasterChef India Season 1’, shared a significant health update on Friday. In a heartfelt video posted on social media, she announced that she is preparing for surgery.
In her Instagram Stories, Pankaj expressed gratitude for the unwavering love and support from her fans. She stated, “Thank you all for the love and support you have given me. Today, I am going for surgery, and I know I will return healthy. Please keep me in your prayers.”
On May 28, Pankaj shared a photo from her hospital bed, revealing her breast cancer diagnosis. She said, “I want to inform you all that I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. You all are like family to me, which is why I wanted to share this personally. I need your love and support right now. They say prayers work wonders, so please pray for me.”
Pankaj Bhadauria is a renowned celebrity chef in India. After winning the first season of MasterChef India in 2010, she has hosted several popular cooking shows, including ‘Chef Pankaj Ka Zaika’ on Star Plus, ‘Kifayati Kitchen’, ‘3 Course with Pankaj’ on Zee Khana Khazana, and ‘Sales Ka Baazigar’.
