Mumbai, May 29: Actress Apurva Arora is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film, “Momaku.” On Friday, she made a playful request to her fans for a special birthday gift. Coincidentally, her birthday falls on the same day as the film’s release. She urged her followers to watch the movie and shower it with love.
In a recent Instagram post, Apurva shared pictures of herself in the makeup room. She wrote, “My birthday and the film are coming together. The best gift would be for you all to watch my movie and show your love.”
The full title of her upcoming film is “Motor, Matchstick, and Cutter.” It promises a blend of suspense, thrill, and comedy, with Apurva playing the lead role of ‘Pinky.’ The film also features notable actors like Jatin Sarna, Yashpal Sharma, and Tushar Dutt in significant roles.
Set against the backdrop of rural Haryana, the film’s story revolves around strange events that unfold on a chilly night, where a group of people falls victim to a cunning scheme and deception. Most of the shooting took place at night to capture the film’s eerie atmosphere.
Directed by Kuldeep Kunal, Apurva will star alongside Jatin Sarna in this intriguing narrative. “Momaku” is set to premiere on June 4 on Cable One.
Apurva Arora is well-known for her remarkable performances in Hindi, Punjabi, Kannada, and Gujarati films, as well as on OTT platforms.
