
Mumbai, May 29: Renowned Bollywood actress Padmini Kolhapure recently shared her fond memories of the iconic ‘Dream Girl’ Hema Malini. In an interview, she reflected on her experiences working alongside Malini, describing it as a truly special time in her career. Kolhapure praised Malini’s beauty, acting skills, and her remarkable journey in the film industry.
In the interview, Kolhapure stated, “I have many beautiful memories associated with Hema Malini. I worked with her in the film ‘Dream Girl’ when I was quite young, around 16 or 17 years old. After this film, Hema Malini earned the title of ‘Dream Girl’ and became famous throughout the film industry by that name.”
She added, “Hema Malini’s beauty and screen presence were so captivating that people couldn’t take their eyes off her. Very few artists possess such a blend of acting, personality, and beauty.”
Kolhapure also noted, “After her film career, Hema Malini became active in politics, raising people’s voices. Maintaining a place in the hearts of the public for such a long time is not easy, and Hema has achieved this through her hard work and talent.”
The film ‘Dream Girl’ was released in 1977 and directed by the renowned filmmaker Pramod Chakravorty.
