Recently, Mohit Suri appeared on Pooja Bhatt’s podcast, where he mentioned that his wife, Udita Goswami, is his greatest inspiration for managing family responsibilities from a young age.
Pooja shared the podcast audio on Instagram. During the episode, she asked Mohit, “Your heroes often seem troubled and emotional, but why do the women in your films resemble superheroes? Where does this inspiration come from?”
In response, Mohit said, “Pooja, look at the women in my life. Perhaps due to not having my mother around, I perceive women differently. I have always seen strong women, whether it’s you, our grandmothers, or Aunt Mrs. Saigal. They have all been incredibly powerful.”
He added, “My wife, Udita, started working at the age of 14 and has been the backbone of our family. She is also very strong. I believe the women in my films stand out because I view them as strong. Often, it is the woman who holds the man’s hand and saves him. The man is fighting against the world, caught in difficulties, and only the woman can help him.”
