Jaipur : Reliance Jio has retained its top position in Rajasthan’s telecom market, expanding its lead with the addition of 1.98 lakh new mobile subscribers in June 2025, driven by the rapid rollout of its advanced 5G network.
According to the latest report from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Jio’s total wireless subscriber base in the state has reached 2.68 crore, cementing its status as the number one operator. In comparison, Bharti Airtel added 24,925 new customers, while Vodafone Idea and BSNL lost 1.06 lakh and 1,955 subscribers respectively. Overall, Rajasthan’s total wireless customer base grew by 1.14 lakh in June to reach 6.48 crore.
Jio continues to dominate the wireline segment as well, with 6.13 lakh customers—well ahead of Airtel’s 3.32 lakh and Vodafone’s 10,065 subscribers. The total wireline user base in Rajasthan has now crossed 13.46 lakh.
The figures confirm that Jio remains the leading telecom service provider in Rajasthan across both wireless and wireline segments.
