Luna Band Revolutionizes Health Tracking with Real-Time Guidance

Mumbai, May 27: Luna has launched its first wearable device, the Luna Band, and opened its official waitlist. This innovative wearable prioritizes personalized health guidance over traditional fitness tracking. It combines voice interactions with an AI-driven health intelligence platform known as LifeOS.

The company states that the device aims to assist users in managing their daily routines by providing real-time health insights and contextual recommendations.

Luna Band Focuses on Real-Time Health Guidance

The Luna Band adopts a voice-first approach, continuously monitoring body signals to create a simplified daily plan for users. Instead of presenting graphs and dashboards, the companion app starts with a “Today” view. This view highlights essential tasks, recovery guidance, nutrition suggestions, and productivity recommendations. The wearable also features haptic alerts to notify users about daily actions, such as optimal focus periods or reminders related to caffeine intake and recovery.

Luna claims that LifeOS can integrate wearable data with additional health inputs, including dietary habits, blood markers, and broader medical contexts. This integration allows for more personalized recommendations. For instance, it can explain how a late coffee impacted deep sleep duration, rather than merely displaying sleep statistics.

Additionally, the app includes voice-based logging, enabling users to log meals, activities, or habits naturally, rather than through manual entry. Luna asserts that this feature reduces the friction commonly associated with health-tracking apps. The platform also offers various built-in micro-apps focusing on stress, nutrition, training, supplements, and productivity.

Waitlist and Availability Details

Luna has announced that the initial release, dubbed Drop 1, will be invite-only, with shipping expected to commence by the end of July 2026. The official waitlist is now available on the company’s website, although pricing details remain undisclosed.

The Luna Band is designed for users seeking proactive health guidance rather than basic activity tracking.
