Banihal, September 20 (Patrika English News): The special train service between Budgam and Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Railway Station, Katra, which began on September 19, will stop at all major stations along the route. This temporary service will run until October 3, railway officials confirmed.

The service has been introduced in view of the poor condition of the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway and heavy traffic congestion.
Route and Halts
The train will halt at Budgam, Srinagar, Awantipora, Anantnag, Qazigund, Banihal, Khari, Sumbur, Sangaldan, Sawalkote, Dugga, Bakkal, Reasi, and Katra. Tickets are available at all these stations.
