New Delhi: Infinix is all set to launch its next-generation gaming smartphone, the GT 30 5G+, in India on August 8. Targeted at the budget gaming segment, the device builds upon the foundation laid by the GT 30 Pro and continues the company’s focus on gamer-centric design, performance, and aesthetics.
Cyber Mecha 2.0 Design with White LED Backlights
The GT 30 5G+ features the Cyber Mecha 2.0 design with a distinctive back panel lit by white LED lights, moving away from the RGB lighting of the GT 30 Pro. The phone will be available in three colour variants — Pulse Green, Cyber Blue, and Blade White — all of which include the new white LED setup.
These backlights offer three customisable lighting modes — Breathe, Meteor, and Rhythm — that can be triggered for over 10 different scenarios, including gaming, notifications, and incoming calls.
GT Shoulder Triggers with Expanded Customisation
Returning with the GT 30 5G+ are the popular GT shoulder triggers, which are touch-sensitive zones designed to enhance gaming precision. These triggers are also customisable and can be repurposed for camera shutter, video control, and quick app launches, adding convenience for both gamers and regular users.
High-End Display and Performance
The smartphone boasts a 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. With a peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits, the screen is designed for immersive gaming and excellent outdoor visibility.
Under the hood, the device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This puts it in direct competition with phones like the iQOO Z10R and Motorola Edge 50 Fusion.
