Chandigarh, February 16: In a remarkable display of skill, India secured a historic victory over Pakistan in the T20 World Cup. Senior BJP leader RP Singh remarked that Pakistan is facing defeats on all fronts, both from the Indian military and its cricketers.
On February 15, India triumphed over Pakistan by 61 runs in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The standout performer was explosive batsman Ishan Kishan, who disrupted the Pakistani bowlers’ rhythm. Despite the loss of Abhishek Sharma, Kishan maintained his natural game, scoring a blistering 77 runs off just 40 balls. His performance provided India with a solid and strong start, especially on a pitch where other batsmen struggled.
In an interview in New Delhi, RP Singh stated that Pakistan suffered a severe defeat once again at the hands of India. He emphasized that Pakistan is losing to India on every front, with the Indian military consistently delivering strong responses, and our athletes also providing a robust counter.
Regarding the Bengal SIR, Singh noted that the Election Commission is operating according to the Supreme Court’s orders, and the SIR is being fully implemented. He expressed hope that the government of Mamata Banerjee and her officials would cooperate, as it is essential for democracy.
In response to Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge’s comments about the RSS, Singh suggested that Kharge should visit an RSS branch at least once a week to understand the essence of nationalism. He accused Kharge of making provocative statements, attributing them to his lineage as the son of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
