Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Welcomes Yogi Adityanath at Regional Council Meeting

Raipur, May 19: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai warmly welcomed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath during the 26th meeting of the Middle Regional Council held in Bastar on Tuesday. CM Sai presented a traditional Chhattisgarhi gamchha to honor Adityanath, reflecting the state’s rich cultural heritage.

Vishnu Dev Sai shared images of the meeting on social media, expressing confidence that this significant gathering would invigorate their collective commitment to shared development, improved coordination, and national interests.

In his post on the social media platform X, he wrote, “I extend a heartfelt welcome to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who visited the sacred land of Jagdalpur to attend the 26th meeting of the Middle Regional Council. I firmly believe this meeting will provide new energy and strength to our collective resolve for shared development and better coordination.”

Notably, the 26th meeting of the Middle Regional Council is chaired by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah. This crucial assembly will focus on coordination, development, and administrative issues among various states.

During this occasion, CM Vishnu Dev Sai and CM Yogi Adityanath engaged in extensive discussions on contemporary issues, inter-state coordination, and regional development topics. They also addressed good governance, effective implementation of development schemes, and public welfare concerns.

Earlier, CM Sai welcomed Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who also attended the meeting. Discussions on various current issues took place among the three leaders.
