The board clarified that digital academic documents have been made available through its digital academic repository, “Parinam Manjusha,” immediately after the results were announced. This includes mark sheets, certificates, migration certificates, and skill certificates. Students studying abroad will also receive their digital documents via email through the CBSE DigiLocker page. Printed mark sheets and certificates will be sent through the respective schools. The board has also made separate arrangements for private candidates, who will receive electronic documents via DigiLocker using their Aadhaar numbers.

For all students, except those from the East and West Delhi regional offices, printed documents will be sent to the addresses provided in the exam forms. Students from East and West Delhi will need to collect their documents from their exam centers. The board also announced that the process for students wishing to improve their performance after passing the main exam in 2026, as well as those in the compartment category, will begin on June 2, 2026. Detailed circulars will be released soon, and the entire process will be conducted online.

CBSE has made it clear that no changes to names or subjects will be accepted after the online submission of lists. The board has advised schools and students to adhere strictly to deadlines, as no applications will be considered after the final date.
