
Beijing, June 2: Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi hosted the fifth comprehensive strategic dialogue with Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira in the capital on June 1.
During the meeting, Wang Yi emphasized that under the strategic leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the relationship between China and Brazil has evolved from a comprehensive strategic partnership to a community with a shared future. This marks a significant milestone in their bilateral relations. The global, strategic, and long-term impact of China-Brazil relations is growing, and the quality of practical cooperation across various sectors is improving. Both nations closely collaborate on the international stage, becoming a vital force in maintaining global stability and promoting development.
Wang Yi noted that unprecedented changes are rapidly occurring in the world. The international community’s hopes for peace and stability are becoming increasingly essential.
