Ayodhya, May 29: As the Modi government marks its 12th anniversary, several prominent saints and spiritual leaders have praised the Prime Minister’s tenure. Padma Bhushan awardee Sadhvi Ritambhara and Hindu leader Karpatri Maharaj commended Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, calling it a source of pride for the nation.
In an interview with a news agency, Sadhvi Ritambhara stated that the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya is a historic achievement during Modi’s tenure. She emphasized that the Prime Minister has undertaken significant initiatives for the country’s benefit, and the public has high expectations for his future actions.
Sadhvi Ritambhara expressed her desire for a complete ban on cow slaughter and for cows to be declared the “Mother of the Nation” to alleviate their suffering. She noted that the past 12 years have seen remarkable progress in development and global standing, expressing hope that Modi will continue to prioritize the nation’s interests.
Similarly, Hindu leader Karpatri Maharaj praised Modi’s 12 years in office, highlighting the substantial achievements in development, progress, and global recognition. He remarked that India is rapidly moving towards becoming a global leader, with Modi playing a crucial role in this transformation.
Karpatri Maharaj prayed for the continuation of Modi’s tenure, emphasizing the nation’s ongoing progress. He attributed the construction of the Ram Temple, the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, and solutions to various national challenges to Modi’s foresight and wisdom, describing him as an “incarnate figure.”
He noted that many countries now regard Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a friend, enhancing India’s international reputation. Drawing a literary parallel, Karpatri Maharaj likened Modi’s leadership to that of Sage Vishwamitra guiding Lord Ram, asserting that Modi is providing essential leadership and guidance for the nation. Under his leadership, India has emerged robustly on the global stage, waving its flag high.
On May 26, responding to the completion of Modi’s 12 years in office, NV Swami from the Swaminarayan Temple remarked, “The 12 years of the Modi government are widely seen as a period of comprehensive development. Many believe that under Modi’s leadership, there has been significant progress not only in religion and Sanatan Dharma but also in every city and village across the country, including the full development of temples in Ayodhya, Kashi, and Kedarnath.”
He added that during this tenure, the empowerment of women has also been prioritized. PM Modi has undertaken commendable work for the upliftment of Sanatan culture, ensuring development across all sections of society. He has served the nation with the spirit of “Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah,” and his tenure is expected to continue into the future.
