Rajasthan Housing Board Launches Five New Residential Schemes

Jaipur, 20 August (Kiran News). The much-awaited residential schemes of the Rajasthan Housing Board were inaugurated on Wednesday at Awas Bhawan, Jaipur. Urban Development, Autonomous Governance and Housing Minister Jhabar Singh Khara initiated these schemes, stating that this step is not just about construction, but about providing a safe and comfortable life for the people of the state.

Khara informed that under these five special registration schemes, a total of 667 housing flats will be constructed, offering better residential options for the common people in districts like Udaipur, Baran, Bundi, Dholpur, and Barmer.

On this occasion, Minister Khara said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the state government is committed to providing housing to all sections of society. He added that the government is not just giving houses but is providing a means for a dignified life. He mentioned that all the schemes will be developed in a timely, transparent, and quality manner so that beneficiaries receive all the modern facilities for comfortable living.

At the event, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara said that the Rajasthan Housing Board is still the first choice for fulfilling the common man’s dream of owning a home. He highly appreciated the board’s schemes.

It is noteworthy that in May, the board had already started five residential schemes with 427 houses in Jaipur, Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Housing Board Chairman Debashish Prashti, Housing Commissioner Dr. Rashmi Sharma, Secretary Dr. Anil Paliwal, Chief Engineer Amit Agarwal, other senior officials, public representatives, common citizens, and media representatives.

Main Schemes Launched:

  • Nainwa Residential Scheme, Bundi district: 72 independent houses for various income groups in Pocket-A and Pocket-B, starting at Rs. 7.8 lakh.

  • Atru Residential Scheme, Baran district: 189 independent houses for various income groups, starting at Rs. 7.6 lakh.

  • Langera Residential Scheme, Barmer district: 200 independent houses for EWS, LIG income groups, starting at Rs. 8.61 lakh.

  • Bari Road Scheme, Dholpur district: 64 flats (G+3) for EWS, LIG income groups, starting at Rs. 12.45 lakh.

  • Paneria ki Madri, Udaipur district: 142 flats (G+3) for EWS, LIG income groups, starting at Rs. 11.68 lakh.
