Bratislava, June 15: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a two-day visit to Slovakia, generating significant excitement among locals and Indian tourists alike. In conversations with a news agency, Indian travelers expressed their pride in India’s progress under Modi’s leadership and the respect the nation is garnering globally.

One Indian female tourist shared, “I am thrilled to hear that PM Modi is visiting Slovakia. We just toured this beautiful country. It feels great to hear India’s name. Many Indians we meet recognize us and say, ‘Oh, you are from India.’ India is a destination where people want to travel and experience its culture.”

She further praised PM Modi, stating, “Thanks to him, people have a newfound respect for Indian culture. They have heard about it. Wherever PM Modi goes, he shares and explains our culture, and people are eager to learn. We feel honored to be Indian, especially with Narendra Modi as our Prime Minister. Another tourist visiting Slovakia remarked, “We specifically came to explore Bratislava. It’s exciting to know that our Prime Minister is here. This country is beautiful, and India is even more so. Traveling through Vienna and Salzburg to Bratislava, I noticed the local people’s positive reactions towards Indians. We take pride in being Indian, traveling abroad, and seeing our country reach new heights under PM Modi, enhancing our dignity globally.”

A young Indian boy added, “I see that the Prime Minister is promoting our culture worldwide, and we are receiving more respect.”
