New Delhi, August 10: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has issued an official notification on its website, announcing various job openings, including a manager position. Interested candidates can apply for 30 vacancies until August 12.
The 30 positions include 17 for Finance Officers, 8 for Deputy Managers (Finance), 1 for Manager (Design) – Mechanical, 3 for Manager (Design) – Electrical, and 1 for Manager (Design) – Electronics.
The online application process began on July 22, and the deadline for submission is set for August 12. Candidates wishing to apply must register successfully on HAL’s official website by 2 PM on the final date.
Applicants for the Manager (Design) positions must hold a degree in Engineering/Technology from a recognized institution, along with an ME/MTech. For Deputy Manager (Finance) and Finance Officer roles, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have passed the final examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Additionally, candidates must have 1 to 8 years of relevant experience, depending on the position.
The maximum age limit for applicants ranges from 35 to 45 years, calculated based on the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection will be based on application scrutiny, shortlisting, personal interviews, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000, along with additional benefits and allowances.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS categories. Candidates from SC/ST/EWS categories are exempt from the registration fee.
