Beijing, August 9: The final of the Chinese National Youth Labor Skills and Intelligence Design Competition took place from August 7 to 9 in Wucheng, Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province. Thousands of participants from across the country competed in 11 project scenarios.
Competitors from various regions of China showcased their skills in areas such as smart sports, mechanical loading, and smart curling. They designed intelligent rescue equipment and practiced firefighting techniques.
Using programming techniques, they accurately controlled robots to hit curling stones and score points. Each project featured competitive elements along with practical scientific and technological innovations.
It is reported that approximately 130,000 participants from all over China took part in this competition. After a six-month selection process, over 10,000 competitors reached the national finals. At the 2026 China Automation and Artificial Intelligence Education Conference, the Automation Discipline Development Technology Tree Platform was officially launched. This platform presents a comprehensive approach to automation knowledge systems and development, providing significant support for academic research, industry development, and popular science education.
