
Hyderabad, September 7 (Daily Kiran) : Hyderabad police have registered three separate cases following a brawl between two groups at a pub in the Jubilee Hills area. The incident, which occurred late Saturday into Sunday night, left two individuals injured.
The altercation took place inside a hotel pub where the two groups reportedly clashed, causing damage to property and parked vehicles. Among those present was Arvind Yadav, brother of Telangana Congress Rajya Sabha member Anil Kumar Yadav.
Authorities confirmed that two cases were filed against the groups involved in the fight, while a third case was registered against the pub’s management for operating beyond the designated hours.
Witnesses reported that the situation escalated violently during the confrontation. Bouncers attempted to intervene when property damage was threatened inside the pub. However, as the groups moved towards the parking area, violence erupted again, leading to a chaotic scene where numerous individuals were seen fighting, damaging cars, and assaulting others.
A video of the incident has circulated on social media, showing a group pushing one person to the ground and repeatedly assaulting him during the brawl. Police indicated that the incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. on Sunday.
In response to the violence, police took immediate action by registering cases for fighting and causing public disorder. Additionally, following a complaint from an individual, another case was filed. The complainant alleged that they were assaulted in the parking area while leaving the pub with a friend.
The accused reportedly blocked their vehicle, leading to a confrontation that resulted in injuries and damage to the car. Police are currently investigating the matter further.
