Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma Heads to Delhi for Key Meetings with Central Ministers

Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma departed for New Delhi on Wednesday to hold important meetings with central government ministers. The discussions aim to accelerate development projects and strengthen infrastructure and welfare schemes across the state.

During his visit, Chief Minister Sharma will meet Union Health Minister and former BJP president JP Nadda to discuss issues related to Rajasthan under the National Health Mission. The agenda includes reviewing ongoing and proposed health initiatives, expanding medical infrastructure, enhancing primary and secondary healthcare services, ensuring availability of medical staff, and improving implementation of central health schemes in the state.

These talks are expected to secure greater support from the central government for Rajasthan’s health programs and improve healthcare services in both urban and rural areas.

Chief Minister Sharma will also meet Union Minister Manohar Lal to discuss key matters concerning urban development and the energy sector. The meetings will cover urban infrastructure projects, housing schemes, progress on smart city initiatives, and metro rail projects in Rajasthan.

Energy-related topics such as electricity generation, transmission, expansion of renewable energy, and strengthening of the power distribution network will also be reviewed. Officials noted that regular interactions between the Rajasthan government and the centre have facilitated quicker approvals for development projects and enhanced coordination between the two governments.

These engagements have helped align state priorities with central policies, enabling better implementation of schemes at the grassroots level. Chief Minister Sharma has consistently emphasized inclusive development so that no region in Rajasthan is left behind.

His vision focuses on balanced growth, improved public services, robust healthcare, and sustainable development across both urban and rural areas. Sources say that under his proactive leadership, Rajasthan’s development trajectory is gaining momentum. It is anticipated that this Delhi visit will further strengthen the state’s roadmap for growth and speed up progress in several key sectors.
