Jaipur, September 24 (Udaipur Kiran News): A new circulation system is forming over the Bay of Bengal, which is expected to change Rajasthan’s weather from September 28 to October 3. According to the Meteorological Centre, Jaipur, parts of eastern, south-eastern, and southern Rajasthan may experience rain accompanied by thunder during this period.

On Wednesday, light rainfall was recorded in Bhilwara and Vanasthali (Tonk). Dry weather and clear skies led to a dip in temperatures across the state, with most cities recording a fall of 1–2°C. Jaipur reported a maximum of 35.8°C and a minimum of 26.2°C.
Radheyshyam Sharma, Director of the Jaipur Meteorological Centre, said that in the next 2–3 days, light rain with thunder is likely at isolated places in Udaipur division, while most other regions will remain dry.
The circulation system near Myanmar is expected to intensify into a low-pressure area within 24 hours, and by around September 26, it may strengthen into a depression near the southern Odisha and northern Andhra Pradesh coasts. Its impact will bring widespread rain activity to Rajasthan from September 28 onward.
On Wednesday, Girwa (Udaipur) recorded the highest rainfall at 20 mm. Sri Ganganagar was the hottest in the state with 38.8°C, while Jaipur recorded the warmest night at 26.2°C.
