PM Modi Takes Essential Steps for Youths Future, Says BJP

New Delhi, July 30: The Lok Sabha has passed the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026. This legislation aims to prevent paper leaks and other irregularities in competitive exams, including NEET. During the discussion, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi made serious allegations against the central government, prompting a strong rebuttal from BJP MPs.

In a heated debate on Wednesday, Rahul Gandhi accused Union Home Minister Amit Shah of brutality against protesting students at Jantar Mantar. He claimed that orders were given to use pellet guns on the students. BJP leaders dismissed these allegations as politically motivated and lacking factual basis.

BJP Rajya Sabha MP Ajit Madhavrao Gopchade stated, “Rahul Gandhi’s actions are childish. As the opposition leader, he has lost all credibility. We support constructive initiatives. When discussions on NEET arose, we facilitated them and enacted a stringent law for the benefit of students. Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the government has taken every necessary step for the future of students and youth in the country. Rahul Gandhi cannot accept this.”

Gopchade further criticized Gandhi, saying, “The public will completely reject him. The Congress party has only a few states left, and they too will become Congress-free. Rahul Gandhi excels at spreading falsehoods and misinformation. Ironically, it is his actions that are increasing BJP’s influence across the country and leading towards a Congress-free India.”

Responding to Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) leader Sanjay Raut’s demand for Amit Shah’s resignation, Gopchade expressed sharp disapproval. He suggested that the opposition should first reflect on their political situation and conduct. He noted that their party’s standing in Maharashtra has already weakened, and they seem intent on sinking further.

Gopchade emphasized that no one can match Amit Shah’s capabilities. Under his leadership, the country’s security has strengthened, effective actions against Naxalism have been taken, peace has been established in the northeastern states, and terrorist activities have decreased. The current government has empowered security agencies to maintain peace and law and order in the country.
