Kaimur, June 8: Nitish Kumar, the national president of the Janata Dal United (JD-U), visited the Naoghra area of the Chainpur assembly constituency in Kaimur district. He met with the family members of Minority Welfare Minister Mohammad Jamma Khan at his residence. During the visit, Kumar greeted those present. Following this, Minister Jamma Khan spoke to reporters about the visit.
He stated, “Former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar came to my home due to family ties. My mother has been unwell for the past few days, and he came to check on her health.” A large crowd gathered, eager to catch a glimpse of Kumar, prompting him to personally greet the attendees.
Minister Jamma Khan explained that there was no planned event. Kumar learned from a source about his mother’s health issues and came to visit her. “This is a family relationship. He came to my home to honor that bond. It shows his affection that he visited a humble worker’s house, and we are grateful for this love,” he added.
He also mentioned that they discussed several issues with Kumar, stating, “It would not be incorrect to say that our discussion was fruitful. We talked about the medical college project, and we are confident that it will soon come to fruition.”
