New Delhi, July 30: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has called upon voters in the Bankipur, Manjalpur, and Datia assembly constituencies to actively participate in the upcoming elections. He emphasized that every single vote is crucial for the bright future of these regions.
In a post on the social media platform X, Naveen stated, “Today, your vote is extremely important for the bright future of Bankipur, Manjalpur, and Datia. I am confident that the people of these three constituencies will once again express their unwavering faith in development, good governance, and public service, thereby empowering this continuous journey of progress.”
He further urged all esteemed voters of Bankipur, Manjalpur, and Datia, especially the youth and women, to vote in large numbers and contribute significantly to the vision of a developed India. He reminded them, “Remember – vote first, then enjoy refreshments.”
Earlier, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also encouraged all voters in the Datia assembly to exercise their democratic rights during this grand festival of democracy. In a post on X, he said, “Your vote is the foundation for a bright future for Datia and a strong democracy. Participate in building a developed India and a prosperous Madhya Pradesh.”
During the voting in Bankipur, Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary appealed to the public to prioritize voting over refreshments. He remarked, “The strength of democracy is ensured by the participation of every aware voter. Let us responsibly exercise our voting rights and play our role in nation-building.”
Voting for the by-elections in Bankipur, Datia, and Manjalpur commenced at 7 AM amidst tight security arrangements. The Election Commission and local administration have implemented extensive measures to ensure a smooth and peaceful voting process.
By 9 AM, voter turnout was recorded at 4.61% in Bankipur, 6.06% in Manjalpur, and 12.94% in Datia.
