Patna, April 14: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the BJP, responded to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s resignation and the election of Samrat Chaudhary as the leader of the BJP legislative party in Bihar. He emphasized that Chaudhary will continue the developmental initiatives started by Kumar.
Naveen expressed confidence that under Chaudhary’s leadership, Bihar will advance rapidly on the path of development.
In a conversation with the media, he stated that this is a significant moment for Bihar. He acknowledged the contributions made by Nitish Kumar over the past 20 years in enhancing the state’s development and noted that the responsibility to elevate those achievements to a new level now rests with Samrat Chaudhary.
He extended his best wishes to Chaudhary on being elected as the leader of the NDA legislative party in Bihar. Naveen firmly believes that under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi, Bihar will progress towards ‘Developed Bihar 2047’ with renewed energy and momentum.
Samrat Chaudhary, the newly elected leader of the BJP legislative party, expressed his gratitude towards the Prime Minister and the entire BJP unit, as well as the NDA team, for the opportunity to pave the way for Bihar’s prosperity.

Meanwhile, celebrations erupted in Chaudhary’s village and the Tarapur assembly constituency, where people expressed their joy by applying colored powders to each other and sharing sweets.
