Major Crackdown on Terror Module by Delhi Police, Arrest of Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Associate

New Delhi, April 15: The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has made a significant move against international arms trafficking and a terror module by arresting a key suspect. The arrested individual has been identified as Harsh Pal Singh, also known as Rubal, aged 31, and a resident of Indirapuram in Ghaziabad.

According to police reports, Harsh Pal Singh is closely associated with notorious gangsters Lawrence Bishnoi and Rohit Godara. So far, a total of 13 suspects have been apprehended in this case.

The Crime Branch team recovered a sophisticated pistol (a Beretta made in Italy) and five live cartridges from the suspect. Previously, police had seized 24 foreign weapons and 216 live cartridges related to this case. Charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) have also been filed.

Investigations revealed that this entire network operated on an international scale and was supported by Pakistan’s intelligence agency, ISI.

Police stated that this case is linked to the international arms trafficking and terror network run by Shahbaz Ansari. Harsh Pal Singh was responsible for receiving shipments of illegal weapons for this network. He had close ties with previously arrested suspect Nishant Arora, also known as Noni, through whom he acquired firearms.

Further inquiries indicated that Harsh Pal Singh came into contact with a gang member named Rashid, also known as Cable, in Dubai in 2023. He also traveled to Bangkok. He was involved in online betting, which helped him connect with several individuals in the network.

According to police, the gang threatened wealthy businessmen over the phone from abroad. Harsh Pal Singh would then contact the victims, presenting himself as a ‘mediator’ to negotiate financial settlements. This tactic kept the gang leaders’ names hidden, allowing for easy money transfers.

During questioning, another suspect named Monu Sardar emerged, who is currently operating a betting network from Dubai. Police believe he provided money and weapons to the gang and is linked to anti-national elements.

Police reported that Harsh Pal Singh has a history of serious offenses, including murder and MCOCA. His name also surfaced in the 2024 Nadir Shah murder case, which is still under investigation. Delhi Police stated that a thorough investigation into this entire network is underway, and strict action will be taken against all involved.
