Leaders Pay Tribute on the Martyrdom Day of Guru Arjan Dev Ji

New Delhi, June 18: On the martyrdom day of the fifth Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, leaders across the nation paid their respects.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh took to social media platform ‘X’ to express, “On the martyrdom day of the fifth Guru of the Sikh faith, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, I pay my humble respects. His life exemplifies sacrifice, penance, compassion, and dedication to truth. He fought to uphold the values of religion, culture, and humanity even in adverse circumstances. His supreme sacrifice will continue to inspire society for ages.”

Home Minister Amit Shah also honored Guru Arjan Dev Ji on ‘X’, stating, “On the martyrdom day of the fifth Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, I offer my heartfelt salutations.”

Central Minister Nitin Gadkari shared on ‘X’, “On the martyrdom day of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, I pay my deepest respects.”

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath wrote on ‘X’, “On the Jyoti Jyot Day of the fifth Guru of the Sikh faith and great saint, Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj, I offer my heartfelt salutations. His supreme sacrifice for the protection of religion, humanity, and truth is unparalleled in history. His life will continue to guide us on the eternal path of human service, harmony, and spiritual consciousness.”

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed on ‘X’, “I pay my humble tribute to the fifth Guru of Sikhism, Guru Arjan Dev Ji, on his martyrdom day.
