Employment Fair in Samastipur: 64 Youths Receive Appointment Letters, Thank PM Modi

Mumbai, May 23: An employment fair was held on Saturday at the Lalit Kala Bhavan of the railway in Samastipur, Bihar. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the event online. During the fair, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai handed appointment letters to 64 youths for various positions in the railway, postal services, banking, and the Bihar government. The moment the letters were received, the faces of the youths lit up with joy.

Across the country, employment fairs were organized simultaneously at 47 locations, where approximately 51,000 youths received appointment letters.

The excitement among the youths receiving the letters was palpable. One young woman who secured a job with the Railway Protection Force (RPF) expressed her happiness, stating that she has been posted to Eastern Railway. She said, “I am very happy. I want to thank Prime Minister Modi for this opportunity. The people in my village are very proud of me.”

Another recipient, Manish Kumar, shared that it is a matter of pride for him to have the chance to serve the country. He remarked, “We should continue to receive such opportunities. Thanks to Prime Minister Modi, such excellent arrangements have been made for us. We are very happy.”

A third young man, Babloo Kumar, mentioned that his selection was based on his 10th board merit. Although his family resides in Punjab, he is originally from Bihar. He stated that this job brings immense joy to him and his family.

The employment fair generated significant enthusiasm among the youths and their families. Attendees noted that such fairs provide opportunities for youth advancement and boost their confidence.
