Bhopal, May 23: In a significant event under the Prime Minister’s Employment Fair, appointment letters were distributed to 101 candidates in Bhopal. This ceremony was part of a larger initiative where over 51,000 candidates across the country received their appointment letters. The event took place at the Railway Auditorium, organized by the Western Central Railway in Bhopal.
Selected candidates from various ministries and departments of the central government were presented with their appointment letters during this occasion. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, via video conferencing, distributed more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly appointed youths in various government departments and organizations during the 19th Employment Fair.
Addressing the gathering, he emphasized that this day is crucial for thousands of young people across the nation. Welcoming the new entrants into government service, he highlighted their significant contributions to India’s development in various sectors, including railways, banking, defense, health, and education.
The event in Bhopal featured Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, as the chief guest. He presented appointment letters to the 101 newly appointed candidates, of which 77 were from the railway department and 34 from other central departments, such as banking, airports, EPFO, and the postal department.
Chouhan underscored Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to job creation, stating that this fair is a significant step towards involving youth in building a self-reliant India. He urged the appointed candidates to work with honesty, dedication, and a spirit of service.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from the newly appointed candidates and their families. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria noted that the initial 27 appointment letters were presented by the chief guest, while the remaining letters were distributed by departmental officials and distinguished guests.
