New Delhi, September 21 (Daily Kiran) : The Service Resolution Journey led by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) entered its fifth day, extending its reach across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. This initiative aims to promote the values of service, social responsibility, and nation-building inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service.
The campaign commenced on September 17 from Vadnagar and Varanasi, marking its significant outreach. By Monday, the journey had covered nine routes in Madhya Pradesh, five in Rajasthan, five in Uttar Pradesh, and one in Maharashtra.
Various public representatives and community leaders have joined the movement as service participants. Notable attendees on Monday included Madhya Pradesh Minister Nirmala Bhuria, Gujarat Minister Ishwarbhai Patel, Rajasthan State Minister KK Bishnoi, MP Ganesh Singh, former MP RK Singh Patel, and MLA Jai Kumar Singh.
A key feature of the journey is its emphasis on service from the outset. Participants engage in activities such as tree planting, cow service, cleanliness drives, beneficiary dialogues, and pledges for organ donation, directly connecting with local communities.
The campaign’s goal is to transform the spirit of service from mere rhetoric into meaningful actions at the grassroots level. Hemang Joshi, BJYM’s national president, participated in Madhya Pradesh’s Route Number One. Throughout the day, he honored sanitation workers contributing to community cleanliness and health.
In the evening, Joshi will join residents and youth in a bhajan-kirtan session, reflecting the journey’s efforts to connect with people through culture, community dialogue, and public events.
Speaking to locals, Joshi emphasized that the Service Resolution Journey embodies the spirit of service that has defined Prime Minister Modi’s public life for 25 years. He stated that the journey teaches us that public life is about responsibility rather than position, and about serving society and the nation, not seeking recognition. The BJYM draws inspiration from Modi’s life, motivating youth to engage in tree planting, cow service, cleanliness campaigns, beneficiary interactions, and organ donation pledges. Each kilometer of this journey represents an opportunity for service, connection, and contribution.
