
Vadodara, May 23: The 19th Employment Fair was held in Vadodara, Gujarat, on Saturday, where appointment letters were distributed to youths for government jobs. Candidates selected from various government sectors, including railways, postal services, banking, and health, received their letters. In total, over 51,000 youths across the country were given appointment letters.
Prime Minister Modi joined the event virtually and addressed the youth. Simultaneously, employment fairs were organized at 47 locations nationwide.
C.R. Patil, the Union Minister of Jal Shakti, attended the event in Vadodara, where he personally distributed appointment letters. The atmosphere was filled with joy among the youths and their families, marking a significant boost from the government’s employment initiative, which has provided new support to thousands of families.
Minister Patil expressed his best wishes to the newly appointed youths at the employment fair held at the Pratap Nagar Railway Auditorium. He emphasized that this initiative, led by PM Modi, aims to connect the youth of the nation with nation-building through a transparent and swift recruitment process. Under the Prime Minister’s guidance, empowering the youth is gaining momentum towards the vision of a developed India.
He noted that providing appointment letters to over 51,000 youths is not just about creating jobs; it revitalizes their dreams, self-reliance, and the commitment to a developed India. Youth participation in critical sectors like railways, banking, defense, health, and education will strengthen nation-building efforts. Empowered youth are the greatest asset for a developed India.
The joy among youths receiving appointment letters from various departments was palpable. Sanjay Singh expressed gratitude towards PM Modi for the opportunity to receive his appointment letter at such a significant event. He pledged to fulfill his responsibilities with integrity and dedication. Another young woman, Priya, shared her happiness, stating that it was a proud moment for her family, as she had worked hard to secure a government job. Seeing her appointment letter made her dream come true.
Milan Parmar, another youth, reflected on the support from his family during his journey. Despite facing setbacks, he ultimately succeeded in securing a position in the railways and expressed his gratitude to PM Modi.
