New Delhi, March 13: Vinod Bansal, the national spokesperson for the Vishva Hindu Parishad, has dismissed the opposition’s claims that the LPG crisis led to the closure of the Ram and Sita kitchen in Ayodhya. He asserted that the Ram Kitchen has never closed and will never close. Instead, he stated that it is the opposition’s appeasement tactics that have come to an end.
In a conversation, Bansal emphasized that the kitchen of Lord Ram has always remained operational. He criticized the opposition for spreading toxic politics, suggesting that the Samajwadi Party is better known as the Namazwadi Party. He expressed disbelief that Kirti Azad, a former cricketer and current TMC MP, was also making such baseless claims in Parliament. Bansal stated that it is unacceptable to claim that offerings are not being prepared at Lord Ram’s kitchen. Just yesterday, 30,000 people received prasad from the Ram Kitchen in Ayodhya, and evidence supports this.
He called on Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman to revoke the membership of those who attempted to tarnish their traditions. Bansal accused opposition MPs of disrespecting the decorum of the House and playing with their traditions, insisting they should apologize to Lord Ram.
Regarding the announcement of a protest by SP MP Avadhesh Prasad in Ayodhya, Bansal warned that they would face consequences. He challenged them to protest, asserting that the public would show them the truth. He noted that numerous community feasts are taking place in Ayodhya and expressed surprise at how such individuals were elected as MPs.
Bansal shared videos on X platform, highlighting that the Indian Parliament is known for its glorious tradition of truth. He reiterated that no one could claim that offerings are not being prepared at the Ram Temple. Just yesterday, 30,000 people received prasad. The videos he shared, taken today in Ayodhya, show thousands of devotees receiving food offerings. He pointed out that during the COVID-19 pandemic, millions of food packets were distributed from these kitchens, questioning how they could possibly close now. He concluded that it is the opposition’s corrupt and divisive tactics that have failed, and the leadership of the Samajwadi Party and TMC should apologize to the nation for defaming the Ram Temple and its devotees.
