Uttar Pradesh Unveils ₹9,228 Crore Development Projects, CM Yogi Calls Jewar a Symbol of Progress

Noida, June 27: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited Greater Noida on Saturday, where he inaugurated and laid the foundation for industrial and development projects worth ₹9,228 crore in the Yamuna City and Noida regions. During the event, he also initiated three major industrial projects with an investment of ₹6,750 crore at the Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC) in Sector 10 of Yamuna City.

These projects include significant investments from a joint venture between the Amber Group and a South Korean company. Addressing the gathering, CM Yogi emphasized that Uttar Pradesh is rapidly becoming a global hub for electronics manufacturing. He stated that components that India previously imported will now be produced in Uttar Pradesh, with plans to export them to various countries. The government is actively working to provide all possible facilities to investors to make the state the largest hub for electronic component manufacturing.

He remarked, “Once infamous for lawlessness, Jewar has now become a symbol of progress.” CM Yogi highlighted that the Jewar International Airport is emerging as a new identity for the state’s development, with commercial flights expected to commence soon. This will not only boost industrial growth in the region but also create new job opportunities for millions of youth.

He noted that Uttar Pradesh was once recognized for negative reasons, but it has now transformed into one of the most attractive investment destinations for both domestic and international investors. The government’s single-window system and investor-friendly policies have led to a significant influx of companies investing in the state.

CM Yogi further stated that Uttar Pradesh has now become a major center for mobile manufacturing, with Greater Noida ranking among the leading regions in the production of electronic parts.
