Selected Works on Party Building by Xi Jinping Published and Distributed

Beijing, June 23: The Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) has recently published and distributed volumes 1 and 2 of “Selected Works on Party Building by Xi Jinping,” edited by the Institute of Party History and Literature Research. This publication was released by the Central Party Literature Press and is now available nationwide.

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC in November 2012, the CPC Central Committee, under the leadership of Comrade Xi Jinping, has introduced several new concepts, ideas, and strategies for building a long-term ruling Marxist party. This has led to the formation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on party building, which are a crucial part of his ideas on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. These thoughts have made significant contributions to the development of Marxist theories on party building and serve as practical, long-term guidance for strengthening both the party and the nation.

Moreover, Xi Jinping’s thoughts on party building are rooted in Marxist scientific theory, embedded in China’s excellent traditional culture, and nurtured by the extensive and rigorous practices of the party in the new era. They provide a solid practical foundation and profound theoretical basis, acting as fundamental guidance for strengthening party building in the new era.

Volumes 1 and 2 of “Selected Works on Party Building by Xi Jinping” compile his most important and fundamental works from November 2012 to February 2026 in chronological order. This collection includes 102 works, such as reports, speeches, interpretations, articles, directives, and prefaces, with some being published for the first time. Volume 1 contains 46 works from November 2012 to June 2018, while Volume 2 includes 56 works from July 2018 to February 2026.
