Samsung Unveils 2026 OLED and The Frame Pro TVs: Key Features and Pricing

Mumbai, April 14: Samsung has launched its updated TV lineup for 2026, featuring enhancements in both its OLED range and The Frame series. The focus is on display quality, gaming capabilities, design, and advanced software features across various price points.

Enhanced Processing and Gaming Support for OLED Models

The OLED lineup consists of three series: S95H, S90H, and S85H, with sizes reaching up to 83 inches. The S95H is notable for its new FloatLayer design, which incorporates a metal bezel and mounts flush against the wall, creating a sleek, floating appearance.

Samsung has broadened its Art Store integration across these models, now offering over 5,000 artworks from more than 800 artists, including collections from the Museum of Modern Art, Art Institute of Chicago, and Art Basel. A rotating Art Store Streams feature will showcase 30 different artworks each month.

In terms of display technology, the S95H and S90H utilize Glare Free technology to minimize reflections. The S95H supports OLED HDR Pro, while the S90H features OLED HDR+ for enhanced brightness and contrast.

All three series are powered by the NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor, enabling features such as 4K AI Upscaling Pro, Auto HDR Remastering, Color Booster Pro, and AI Motion Enhancer Pro. An AI Customization Mode adjusts picture settings based on viewing content.

For gamers, Samsung is emphasizing higher refresh rates and compatibility. The TVs support Motion Xcelerator up to 165Hz, along with NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Audio features include Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound+, Adaptive Sound Pro, Active Voice Amplifier Pro, and Q-Symphony for seamless pairing with Samsung speakers.

The TVs also come equipped with Vision AI Companion, which supports voice and conversational features via Bixby, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity AI.

The Frame Series: Design and Flexibility

The Frame series has also seen updates with The Frame Pro and the standard model. The Frame Pro features a Neo QLED 4K panel, enhancing brightness, contrast, and black levels compared to previous versions.

A significant addition is the Wireless One Connect Box, allowing connected devices to be placed up to 30 feet away. The standard model retains built-in ports while introducing a Slim Fit Wall Mount and back stoppers for easier cable access.

Both models feature Glare Free technology and support Motion Xcelerator up to 144Hz. With DLG, the refresh rate can reach up to 240Hz when connected to a compatible PC.

Art remains a central theme, with both models supporting the same Art Store library and utilizing Pantone Validated ArtfulColor for precise color reproduction. Buyers can select from bezel options such as Modern Brown, Modern Teak, Modern White, and Sand Gold Metal, along with third-party frames.

Audio and AI features include Dolby Atmos, Q-Symphony, AI Sound Controller Pro, and AI Soccer Mode.

Software and Availability

All models operate on One UI Tizen OS, which Samsung promises will receive up to seven years of updates. The platform features Samsung TV Plus with over 2,700 streaming options and Samsung Gaming Hub for cloud gaming.

Pricing starts at $2,499.99 for the S95H, reaching up to $6,499.99. The S90H ranges from $1,399.99 to $5,299.99, while the S85H begins at $1,199.99. The Frame Pro is priced between $1,999.99 and $3,999.99, with pricing for standard The Frame models yet to be announced. The OLED models are currently available, while The Frame Pro is on sale now, and the standard models will launch later.
