Raghav Chadhas Role as ATM for AAP Comes to an End, Says Ravneet Singh Bittu

Ludhiana, April 4: Central Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu has criticized Arvind Kejriwal following the removal of Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha from his position as Deputy Leader in the Rajya Sabha by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Bittu remarked that Chadha’s role as an ‘ATM’ for the party has now concluded.

During a media interaction in Ludhiana, Bittu stated that Chadha’s ability to collect funds from Punjab for Kejriwal has come to an end, indicating that Kejriwal now has direct access to resources.

Bittu emphasized that Chadha had functioned as an ‘ATM’ for AAP, raising funds for various matters on behalf of Kejriwal. However, he claimed that Kejriwal has now found a ‘bank’ instead of relying on Chadha.

He also mentioned that he had previously warned Chadha about this situation.

Commenting on Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Bittu suggested that Mann’s fate would be similar if he stopped listening to Kejriwal and his team.

Bittu criticized Mann for appointing someone who is not from Punjab to the Rajya Sabha, arguing that if a person cannot truly represent Punjab, they cannot represent the party either.

Regarding speculation about Chadha joining the BJP, Bittu stated that Chadha will first complete his term in the Rajya Sabha before deciding whether to continue in politics or pursue other options.

After his removal from the Deputy Leader position, Chadha expressed his displeasure in a video, stating that he has been silenced but not defeated. He asserted that attempts are being made to suppress his voice, but he will continue to fight for the issues affecting the common people.

Chadha highlighted that he has consistently raised issues related to the public in Parliament, including the high prices of food at airports and problems faced by delivery workers from platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. He has also addressed difficulties in the banking sector and the troubles faced by the public at toll plazas.
