
New Delhi, May 28: Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday in New Delhi. The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) announced the meeting via the social media platform X, sharing photos of the two leaders.
The PMO stated, “Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met Prime Minister Narendra Modi today.”
Following the meeting, Fadnavis expressed that he received guidance on various topics related to Maharashtra’s development. He also provided updates on the status of ongoing development projects in the state.
Sharing images from the meeting on X, CM Fadnavis wrote, “Today, I met our leader and beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi. I received guidance on various issues concerning Maharashtra’s development. I informed him about the progress and current status of several projects in Maharashtra.”
He further added, “Meeting our Prime Minister is always inspiring and energizing. Thank you very much, honorable Prime Minister.”
While CM Fadnavis highlighted discussions on development projects, it is also reported that he addressed issues concerning onion-producing farmers and the cooperative sugar industry with central ministers.
Earlier, CM Fadnavis paid tribute to the statue of Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in New Delhi on the occasion of his birth anniversary.
