Ranchi, August 2 (H.S.) — Electricity supply will be disrupted for four hours in several key areas of Ranchi on Sunday due to maintenance work. The shutdown is scheduled to facilitate the replacement of a power transformer at the Polytechnic power substation.
As per the notice issued by the power distribution company, electricity will remain suspended from 10 AM to 2 PM in areas including Main Road, Sujata, Karbala Chowk, Gossner College area, Sirm Toli, Fatehullah Road, Radisson Blu, Church Complex, Sainik Market, and around the Urdu Library.
Consumers have been advised to complete any electricity-dependent tasks before the scheduled outage.
