
New Delhi, February 25: A remarkable opportunity has emerged for youth aspiring to build a career in the medical sector. The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), one of the country’s most prestigious institutions, has announced vacancies for Nursing Officer positions.
AIIMS has released an official notification for the recruitment of 2,551 Nursing Officer positions under the Norset-10 scheme. The online application process commenced on February 24, and the last date to apply is set for March 16. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their application forms until 5 PM on March 16.
Candidates applying for the Nursing Officer positions must possess a B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing/B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing or a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
Selected candidates for the Nursing Officer positions will receive a salary ranging from ₹9,300 to ₹34,800 per month. The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 30 years, calculated as of March 16. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Applicants must pay the prescribed application fee online based on their category. General/OBC candidates are required to pay ₹3,000, while SC/ST/EWS candidates must pay ₹2,400. Disabled candidates are exempt from the application fee.
The selection of eligible candidates for the Nursing Officer positions will be conducted online through CBT-1 and CBT-2, scheduled to take place on April 11 and April 30 at designated examination centers.
