Udaipur, August 13 (Kiran News) – The VIFT and WIMS College of Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur, organised a three-day special workshop series titled ‘Beyond the Books’ aimed at providing students with practical, creative, and personality-development skills alongside academic learning. Students from Udaipur city and nearby districts participated enthusiastically.

Creative Arts Training
On the first day, the Macrame Art Workshop led by Purnima Sharma introduced participants to the intricate art of macrame knotting. She explained career opportunities in this craft and encouraged students to explore its commercial potential.
Self-Care and Personality Development
The second day featured a Daily Care and Self-Grooming Workshop by Garima Chauhan, who shared tips on daily personal care, boosting self-confidence, and enhancing personality. On the third day, in the first session of the Personality Development Workshop, Dr. Sachin Gupta provided valuable insights into personality growth, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
Ayurveda in Modern Healing
The second session of the final day, Ayurveda in Modern Healing, was conducted by Dr. Vishnu Kumar. He spoke about the relevance and usefulness of Ayurveda in today’s healthcare landscape, noting that despite the emergence of many modern medical systems, Ayurveda’s value remains undiminished.
Participants shared that the sessions not only helped them learn new skills but also boosted their confidence, creative thinking, and preparedness for professional success.
