Delhi Cooperative Bank Launches ATM and Debit Card Services

New Delhi, May 23: The Minister of Social Welfare and Cooperation, Ravinder Inderraj Singh, inaugurated the ATM and debit card services of the Delhi Cooperative Bank Limited on Saturday.

The event took place at Hindi Bhawan in ITO, where Singh also announced the launch of a gold loan facility.

The bank shared details about various new initiatives aimed at expanding digital banking services and providing customers with a more convenient and modern banking experience.

Addressing the gathering, Singh emphasized that the cooperative sector is an effective means of economically empowering ordinary citizens. He stated that in alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Prosperity through Cooperation,” cooperative institutions in Delhi are being integrated with modern technologies and digital services.

He noted that the expansion of digital banking facilities at the Delhi Cooperative Bank will offer citizens more transparent, straightforward, and convenient services, thereby strengthening the cooperative sector.

The minister reiterated that the Delhi government is continuously working to enhance the cooperative sector, making banking services more accessible, modern, and beneficial for the public.

Pradeep Kumar Sharma, the president of the Delhi Cooperative Bank, highlighted that the bank has always prioritized customer convenience and trust. He described the launch of ATM and debit card services as a significant milestone in the bank’s development.

Sharma explained that new services like gold loans are being introduced to provide customers with quick and easy financial assistance. He further mentioned that the bank is consistently working to expand digital services, strengthen the ATM network, and enhance online banking facilities to ensure customers can enjoy better and modern banking services.
