Shahjahanpur, May 23: Uttar Pradesh Minister Narendra Kumar Kashyap visited Shahjahanpur on Saturday. He held a review meeting with officials to discuss the district’s development projects and law enforcement. The meeting focused on the progress of various public welfare schemes, the quality of construction work, and the facilities provided to citizens, along with the government’s priorities.
Kashyap instructed officials to complete all projects in a timely and transparent manner to maximize public benefit. Senior administrative and police officials were present during the meeting. They reviewed the status of development projects, emphasizing the government’s intention to accelerate progress in every district and enhance public services. The minister also sought reports on law and order, directing officials to maintain robust security measures.
After the meeting, Minister Kashyap spoke to reporters, commending the central government and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He stated that under Modi’s 11-year tenure, the country’s reputation and development have reached new heights.
He highlighted significant improvements in India’s economy, noting that the nation has advanced from the 11th to the 4th position in the global economy.
Kashyap addressed the attempts by some political parties and social activists to spread rumors against the government and the party. He asserted that the public is now well aware of these tactics.
He dismissed the opposition’s allegations as temporary political strategies that would not affect the government’s image. Regarding the incident in West Bengal, where a vendor who served snacks to PM Modi allegedly received death threats, Kashyap responded firmly. He stated that neither India nor West Bengal is weak enough for such conspiracies against a vendor. He reassured that the country is strong and empowered, and there is no need for any vendor or citizen to feel afraid.
Kashyap further emphasized that under PM Modi’s leadership, India is steadily becoming economically and socially stronger. He criticized some opposition leaders for attempting to tarnish the Prime Minister’s reputation with falsehoods, asserting that the public knows the truth and such efforts will have no impact.
