
Lucknow, May 31: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the marginalized and displaced communities in Uttar Pradesh are receiving land rights certificates. This initiative aims to integrate these individuals into the mainstream of society, providing them with security, convenience, and respect in the new Uttar Pradesh.
On Monday, the Chief Minister will distribute land rights certificates to 1,645 families displaced from Pakistan. He will connect local residents with significant development projects in Alam Pur, Afzalgarh, and Dhampur in Bijnor. Additionally, 50 former soldiers and leaseholders will also receive their land rights certificates.
CM Yogi will distribute allocation letters and checks to beneficiaries of the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme and the Chief Minister’s Young Entrepreneur Development Campaign. He will also inaugurate the Vidur Prerna Café, operated by women from Common Service Centers and Self-Help Groups.
Previously, in April, the Chief Minister distributed land rights certificates to 331 families displaced from Bangladesh in Lakhimpur Kheri. He also allocated land rights certificates to 2,350 families affected by river erosion in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and 4,356 families from the Tharu tribe during an event in Chandan Chowki (Palia).
In March, he transferred over ₹21.55 crores for rehabilitation and agricultural land to 118 beneficiaries in the village of Bharathapur in Bahraich, along with distributing land leases for housing, toilets, and homes to 136 families.
