Rampur, June 30: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will visit the Rampur district on Tuesday. During his visit, he will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for 102 development projects worth approximately ₹690.39 crore. These initiatives are expected to enhance the district’s infrastructure, public amenities, and overall development. The Chief Minister will also address a public gathering during this event.
In a post on his social media account, the Chief Minister shared details of his visit. He stated, “Today, Rampur’s development journey will gain new momentum and direction. The inauguration and foundation laying of 102 development projects costing over ₹690 crore will take place in the Milak and Bilaspur assembly areas. I am confident that these projects, dedicated to public service and welfare, will accelerate Rampur’s growth, improve the quality of life, and empower the vision of a ‘Developed Uttar Pradesh.’”
According to reports, out of the 102 projects, 75 will be inaugurated, and 27 will have their foundation stones laid. The projects being inaugurated include 27 initiatives in the Milak assembly area, costing ₹199.43 crore. Additionally, 48 projects in the Bilaspur assembly area, with an expenditure of ₹231.25 crore, will also be inaugurated.
Furthermore, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation for 8 new projects in the Milak assembly area, estimated to cost ₹96.30 crore. In the Bilaspur assembly area, 19 development projects will be initiated, with a budget of ₹163.41 crore. These projects aim to improve roads, drinking water, education, health, and other essential services in the region.
The Chief Minister’s public gathering is expected to attract around 20,000 attendees. Several senior leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party, local representatives, and administrative officials will also be present at the event. In anticipation of the visit, district administration and police have made extensive security arrangements. Special provisions for traffic, safety, and public amenities have been established at the venue.
