BJP Responds Strongly to Ajay Rais Remarks on PM Modi

Lucknow, May 23: The political atmosphere has heated up following Congress leader Ajay Rai’s alleged use of derogatory language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. BJP leaders have reacted sharply, labeling the comments as a violation of democratic decorum.

Uttar Pradesh government minister Anil Rajbhar condemned the statement, stating, “The administration should immediately arrest such individuals and send them to jail. They pose a threat to society, and no leniency should be shown. There are limits to everything—whether it’s retaliation, protest, or freedom of expression. Everyone has the right to speak, but there are boundaries. However, degrading language and making such comments should never be tolerated.”

BJP MLA Kailash Rajput also targeted Congress, remarking, “Previously, Rahul Gandhi used disrespectful language during his visit to his constituency towards our esteemed Prime Minister Modi. The intelligence of Congress leaders has deteriorated.”

He added, “Initially, only Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, and Rajiv Gandhi served as Prime Ministers. These individuals have grown up with the belief that the Prime Minister’s position is reserved solely for their family. Therefore, when Rahul Gandhi lost his mental balance, his party president also resorted to derogatory language. I want to warn them that if they continue this behavior, the people of Uttar Pradesh will not allow Rahul to enter the state, and Ajay Rai will soon realize the consequences he will face.”

BJP leader Gaurav Vallabh also commented on the issue, stating, “No leader from any opposition party, not even a minor leader from the Uttar Pradesh Congress, can use such low-level, vulgar, and disrespectful words for the Prime Minister. I urge Ajay Rai to clarify whether Priyanka Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi instructed him to use such language. If Rahul and Priyanka remain silent on this, we will understand it as their scripted words.”
