New Delhi, July 24: BJP MPs have assured students that the central government is taking a firm stance on the NEET paper leak issue. Prime Minister Modi announced plans to introduce a new and stringent law to ensure swift justice through fast-track courts for those involved in the scandal.
BJP MP Manoj Tiwari emphasized that dialogue is key to resolving any issue. He stated that strict actions are being taken against those involved in the paper leak and highlighted the need for extensive discussions and reforms to prevent such incidents in the future. He advocated for communication over conflict.
BJP MP Ganesh Singh mentioned that, at the request of Union Minister Jitendra Singh, Sonam Wangchuk has ended his hunger strike. Singh welcomed this decision, asserting that the government is seriously addressing the issue. He noted that a draft of the strict law will soon be prepared after discussions in the Cabinet and presented in Parliament. According to him, the government’s proactive approach should eliminate the need for protests.
BJP MP PP Chaudhary spoke to reporters, stating that the Prime Minister is taking the NEET issue seriously and has announced the establishment of fast-track courts. The government is set to introduce a law that will ensure strict actions against future offenders involved in paper leaks. The Prime Minister aims to transform India into a developed nation by 2047, making the credibility of the education system crucial.
BJP MP Mayank Nayak also assured that the government is committed to taking solid steps for the benefit of students, which led to Sonam Wangchuk ending his hunger strike. He mentioned that offenders of the paper leak will face swift punishment through fast-track courts to deter future crimes. He urged the youth to trust the government’s decisions.
Meanwhile, BJP MP Shashank Mani Tripathi stated that the government has acted swiftly in this matter. He reported that actions have been taken against relevant officials, and several suspects have been detained. There are also considerations for making the NEET examination process more digital and secure in the future.
He added that there is a need for extensive discussions in Parliament to strengthen the National Testing Agency (NTA) and ensure transparency in the education system.
