Bihar: District Magistrate Addresses 11 Public Grievance Cases

Bhagalpur, July 17: The District Magistrate of Bhagalpur presided over a hearing on 11 public grievance cases related to various departments on Friday. During the session, the District Magistrate reviewed each case seriously and engaged in direct communication with officials from relevant departments via video conferencing.

The complaints addressed during the hearing covered issues from various sectors, including revenue, social security, education, health, and other public interest matters. The District Magistrate attentively listened to the grievances of each complainant and instructed the concerned officials to ensure prompt and effective action.

The District Magistrate emphasized that timely and quality resolution of public complaints is a top administrative priority. He directed all officials to expedite pending cases and provide satisfactory solutions to the complainants.

Officials connected through video conferencing were instructed to personally monitor their respective departmental cases and ensure actions are taken within the stipulated time frame. Additionally, cases that can be resolved immediately should be prioritized.
