Shah reached Patna late on Thursday evening and held an important meeting with BJP state office bearers. During the meeting, he reviewed the party’s preparations for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections and instructed leaders to strengthen the organization at the booth level.

Amit Shah emphasized that “this election will determine Bihar’s path towards development, good governance, and self-reliance.” The meeting was attended by the state president, MPs, MLAs, and key district-level leaders.

Shah’s visit marks the formal launch of the NDA’s election campaign in Bihar. On Friday morning around 11 a.m., he will address his first major rally in Taraiya, located in Saran (Chhapra) district. This rally will be Shah’s first large-scale public meeting for the ongoing Assembly polls.

At the Taraiya rally, Amit Shah is expected to highlight the unity of the NDA alliance, outline the achievements of the central government, and reiterate the BJP’s commitment to Bihar’s development. Several senior NDA leaders will also be present on the occasion.

After returning from Taraiya, Shah will attend an intellectuals’ conference at Gyan Bhavan in Patna, where he will interact with academicians, traders, doctors, and young entrepreneurs. Later in the evening, he will hold a strategy meeting with the party’s election management committee to discuss booth coordination, social media outreach, and campaign plans in detail.

The key objective of Shah’s visit is to gear up the BJP organization for election mode and strengthen coordination within the NDA alliance. Following the seat-sharing agreement between the BJP and JD(U), both parties have begun their campaign activities. Shah’s tour is seen as crucial in boosting enthusiasm and unity among the cadre of both allies.

Amit Shah is scheduled to return to Delhi on Saturday evening, October 18, after meeting local leaders to discuss electoral strategies and ground-level feedback.
